Rubens Ricupero (Brazil): Jurist and diplomat. Director of the School of Economy at Armando Álvarez Penteado Foundation and President of Fernand Braudel Institute. He was Minister of the Treasure Department of Brazil and Secretary General of UNCTAD.
Carlos Ominami (Chile): Senator of the Republic of Chile. Doctor in Economics. He was consultant of the ministry of Industry and of the ministry of Cooperation of the French government. He was Minister of Economy during the government of President Patricio Aylwin.
Ricardo Arriazu (Argentina): Argentinean economist with international extensive experience. Appointed Professor Emeritus by UCA. He represented Argentina and other countries in the IMF Board of Directors. He has written over 40 books and articles.
Mario Blejer (Argentina): YPF Permanent Director. He was President of the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic, Director of the Centre of Studies of Central Banking of England and Consultant of the Governor of the Bank of England.
Félix Peña (Argentina): Expert in International Economic Relations. Director of the Institute of Standard Bank International Commerce. Professor at 3 de Febrero National University. President of the Academic Committee of Export-Ar Foundation.
